Refund policy

Shipping Duration:

• Greater Cairo & Alexandria within 3 working days.
• Delta & Canal within 4 working days.
• Upper Egypt within 5-7 working days.

 

Returns are processed within 14 days.

 

Returns will be processed and fully refunded only if:

• The product is damaged during the delivery process.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is different from what was ordered.

Returns will be processed after charging the customer for delivery fees if:

• If the customer changed their mind regarding the product.
• If the customer needs to replace the product with another, and the product is in the same condition as when it was received (sealed/unopened).
