What is the warranty period for the dispenser and its manufacture?
Koldair dispensers are made in Egypt, with a two-year warranty on the compressor and one year on the rest of the dispenser parts.
What is the method of operating the dispenser ?
The dispenser is placed in the operating place and left for two hours until the Freon cycle returns to its normal place. After moving it, the dispenser plug is connected and the rear control switches are turned on. Then the bottle is placed in its place and the suction pipe is placed inside the bottle after removing the protection cap from it. The dispenser will begin to emit a sound from the suction pump during operation. Fill the tank for 3 minutes, then the dispenser starts working to cool the water
Does the dispenser need maintenance every now and then?
The cleaning liquid will be prepared, consisting of hot water, a little food vinegar, and an amount of lemon salt as natural sterilizers, and put it in a suitable container, then place the water suction tube in the container and turn on the dispenser. The water will move from the container to the tank, then the back drain valve will be removed to get rid of the cleaning water, then the matter will be repeated with water. Only for rinsing
